DIY Green Tea Ice Cubes

Here’s another Do-It-Yourself hack that I’ve learned during my Esthetician school days (thanks to my beautiful friend, Greta!) that can be useful now that we are all just at home — Green Tea infused ice cubes. When I tried it for myself, my mind was blown!

Green Tea is packed with antioxidants and contains caffeine making it a useful skincare ingredient to calm down redness and inflammation, especially for acne-prone skin. You probably know about refrigerating tea bags and using it on your eyes but I prefer this method since ice cubes can act as a spot treatment, skin-tightening and glow-inducing tool all in one!

In this video, I share with you the benefits of incorporating Green Tea ice cubes in your skincare routine.

If you’re wondering if you can also infuse other ingredients in your ice cubes, you definitely can do so! You can substitute green tea with black tea, lemon, honey, mint and even add essential oils! There are so much possibilities. I just personally resonated with green tea ice cubes because I needed it for my occasional breakouts.

Here’s a helpful website I saw that can guide you with making your own Ice Beauty Treatment.

With love,
